Let's get real. Taking care of ourselves is key to giving of ourselves to others. We love our students, their families, and our own families, but sometimes we are just plain worn out! We will take a look at how our self-care practices may impact our professional and personal life. Learn strategies to help find the calm amidst the chaos. This session will include research and practical everyday strategies to reduce stress. Come with an open mind to new possibilities!
