Drivers who are in the process of obtaining their CDL license will use the Texas CMV Drivers Handbook as their guide to successfully obtain their license. Drivers will receive instructions relating to the written test process followed by information from the handbook relating to the three components of the driving test. Fee: ESC 9 CDL Coop Districts - $0 / Non Coop Districts - $250.
