FULL: Attending to the Affect: Social and Emotional Learning of Gifted/Talented Students (K-12)

This class will count as a 6-hour G/T update credit.

Important Session Information:

In this face-to-face session, we will examine the characteristics of gifted students that influence their social and emotional needs as we investigate research-based topics that challenge the gifted learner. We will also examine the characteristics and qualities of the educational environment that impact students as we learn strategies to empower the gifted learners to effectively deal with these challenges. This class is free to all member districts in the Gifted/Talented Coop and will count as a 6-hour G/T update credit.
