A variety of ZOOM training opportunities available that focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders and characteristics across the continuum.

Educational Sensory Rooms **ZOOM Half Day 9-12** Do you have a sensory room or want to create one? This workshop explores all the factors to consider when creating this educational space including: Developing physical areas based on students’sensory needs, Connecting sensory activities to the TEKS, Sharing needed knowledge and information with staff who work in the room. We will look at ideas for materials, equipment, and evidence-based practices to structure the environment. Participants will be given access to a guidebook to help with planning a sensory room that meets their districts expectations and student needs.
