Jacksboro ISD: T-TESS Refresher for Administrators and Calibration




This training is for administrators responsible for teacher appraisal using the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System.  Appraisers are responsible to recertify on a three year cycle.  This refresher course will assist appraisers leading up to that recertification test. This session is a refresher course only, it is not required in order to recertify. In addition, it does not fulfill requirement for INITIAL certification.

Important Session Information:


In addition to a review of the T-TESS Rubric, participants will also be provided information about Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) related to teacher observation and how to incorporate calibration activities to comply with TIA requirements.
