Texas Department of State Health Services Vision and Hearing Screening Recertification https://www.eventbrite.com/e/116875849813 Texas Vision and Hearing Screening Recertification Training is for those individuals that will be providing screenings at schools (public and private) and licensed child care centers/licensed child care homes. To take this certification workshop you MUST currently be certified. VH Recertification Workshops are for anyone who is currently certified and whose certification expires at the end of this year. You must register with DSHS since they are not holding in person training sessions. In order to attend the training proof of certification is required . Once you have registered for the class you will receive an email invitation to attend the online training through Microsoft Teams. Be sure that you are connecting through a device that has a camera and microphone.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
