WFISD Paraprofessionals only: Human Trafficking Training and Trauma Sensitive Schools 101 (P.M.)




This session will address mental health awareness and issues that our students are facing in the world today.  Topics will include perceptions of mental health, intervention ideas for schools, and community resources that are available.

Important Session Information:


In this training attendees will learn human trafficking statistics, red flags, warning signs and information on how to report a suspected human trafficking case. They will also learn about trauma sensitive approaches in schools with practical applications in the classroom and work environment.
