In this course, you’ll learn how to: 1) Teach numeracy skills to students of all ages and abilities; 2) Explore the "mathematical senses;" 3) Select the right strategies from the math “teaching toolbox;" 4) Develop engaging and fun math lessons for any learner; and 5) Give students the best chance to succeed in math and in life! Classroom math materials will be provided to jump-start teaching and learning. >>> This course will be delivered completely online and will total 6 hours with self-paced, online instruction and hands-on implementation of instructional strategies with students with coursework due Friday, February 18th. No partial credit will be given.
