Loaves of Fun! What Children Can Learn from Literacy and Cooking (AM)




All sessions will be geared toward educators and administrators of early learners.  A wide variety of topics will be covered.

Important Session Information:


In this session presenters will provide ideas/activities on how to engage children through fun literacy and cooking activities. The activities will provide hands-on experiences with sensory, math, and science. Participants will make and share ideas/activities they can cook to extend books in the classroom. Participants will gain ideas, tips, and recipes for cooking with students in the classroom.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
