Big Ideas & Major Thinking (AM)




All sessions will be geared toward educators and administrators of early learners.  A wide variety of topics will be covered.

Important Session Information:


Have you ever wondered how to help a child follow through with their Big Ideas? Participants will examine strategies to teach children to be dedicated to their ideas and follow their passion by encouraging high-level thinking. This training will help teachers promote enthusiasm and excitement about critical thinking as well as deepen their understanding of how important “Thinking” is for young children. When children learn to explain their thoughts great levels of empathy are achieved which contribute to caring classroom environments.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
