Each day of the Principal Leadership Conference will include informational sessions over  specific topics, peer collaboration, self-reflection, and strategies for growth.

Priorities of Work: How to Empower an Elite Team. During this session, Colonel Craig Flowers will provide a follow-up to his previous work with Region 9 administrators regarding how to establish meaningful priorities of work, impacting staff selection, staff accountability, and the importance of character reps.
