CANCELLED: Creating Harmony: Encouraging Empathy Through Ensemble Music

This workshop is for fine arts teachers.
Important Session Information:
CANCELLED: "Music can change the world because it can change people." When students create music together, they learn how to connect and have greater understanding for others in their ensemble. Join guest presenter, Michael Burris, in developing lesson plans to enhance student empathy through music-making, and determine the best methods of formal and informal assessment. All music educators in grades K-12 are welcome!
