Building Strong Campus Cultures




Participants will be provided guidance on completing your Equity Plan, Equity Data Survey, and utilizing the Texas Equity Toolkit.  

Important Session Information:


Join Federal Program Specialists Dr. Kathy Scherler and Kathy Harvey as they share ways to strengthen campus culture. As a positive school climate is directly correlated to school success, attendees will learn how to develop core values, a shared mission, mentorships, positive habits and routines, healthy communication, collaborative teams and parent engagement to support school success. Resources will be shared for leadership development as well as strategies for equity and access for all students.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
