VOICE TECHNIQUE 101: VOCAL MUSIC FOR SECONDARY/ELEMENTARY




This workshop is for fine arts teachers.

Important Session Information:


Join Dr. Kathy Scherler as she shares vocal strategies for singing for elementary and secondary music teachers. Dr. Scherler will focus on the basic techniques of breathing and tone production, diction and vowel placement, rhythm & sight reading skills, and the expansion of vocal timbre and styles. Music instructors will apply these to their own voices and then model/share these skills with their own music students.
