This session will focus on Special Education Transition.

Important Session Information:


This training will give educators the information and tools needed to write appropriate measurable post-secondary goals as part of a student’s transition plan. Learning to write appropriate measurable post-secondary goals is the foundation for building quality transition services for students with disabilities. This is a face to face session to encourage small group discussion.
