Hooray for Books K-2




Do you love children's literature? Then come join us for Hooray for Books! New Children's Literature for K-2nd grade. Participants will be introduced to the latest children's literature that will engage students with a wide range of interests and abilities. Explore the newest and award-winning books of 2022-2023, along with many ways to combine practical reading and language arts strategies to engage students in literacy.  

Important Session Information:


Using a variety of techniques and strategies, learn how to promote literature across all curriculum areas with all levels of students and walk away with many resources to take straight to the classroom. This will count as a 6-hour G/T update credit.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
