This course is an online Canvas course created with content for special educators. 

Important Session Information:


A Rubric to Better IEPs is a course that will be using the TXCAN (state network) IEP Quality and Rigor Rubric. The purpose of this course is to teach the critical elements of PLAAFPS, Goals/Objectives and Progress Monitoring to ensure that participant's IEPs are not only compliant, but a meaningful plan from which great instruction can be pursued. For this course, YOU WILL NEED ONE OF YOUR OWN PLAAFPS and set of GOALS/OBJECTIVES. You cannot complete the course without these. This is a 3 hour (online) credit course. TSHA Credits Pending.
