ZOOM: Building a Culture of Civil Discourse in Your ELAR/Social Studies Classroom with Sphere (4th-12th ELAR/SS) (June 13, 2023 9am-12pm)




This session is designed to provide support to ELAR and/or social studies educators. The session will be delivered through Zoom.

THIS IS A ZOOM JUNE 14, 2023 9am-12pm In a time of rising polarization and tribalism, how can you overcome the noise and build a thriving culture of civic engagement in your classroom? Join Sphere Education Initiatives for this interactive workshop where we’ll engage pressing challenges, share practical resources for achieving your goals, and spend time practicing how to overcome these issues. Teachers will leave this session with both free, easy to use resources as well as the confidence to talk about even the most challenging issues in their classroom.
