Eligibility & Verification Guidance (Part 1) for Child Nutrition




Texas Department of Agriculture's Child Nutrition Programs include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP) and the USDA Commodity Program. These events will enhance professional development for staff involved with these programs and ensure compliance.

Important Session Information:


This class will cover information on Federal requirements regarding the determination and verification of eligibility for free and reduced-price meals in the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. Participants will be able to properly apply their knowledge of required Verification processes and required reporting to ensure CEs are in compliance with USDA regulations. This training will be Part 1 of 2.
