Administrative & Procurement Reviews-Overview




Texas Department of Agriculture's Child Nutrition Programs include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP) and the USDA Commodity Program. These events will enhance professional development for staff involved with these programs and ensure compliance.

Important Session Information:


This course will provide an overview of the Administrative & Procurement Review process for Child Nutrition Programs. The Procurement Review (PR) will determine how a CE complies with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food and Nutrition Services program procurement standards as outlined in 2 CFR 200.319(a) (OMB Uniform Guidance) as well as state and local procurement regulations. The PR will be conducted in TX-UNPS.
