Fundamentals of USDA Foods for Schools, RA 001 Entitlement, RA 002 Menu Planning, RA 003 Forecasting, DoD FFVP




Texas Department of Agriculture's Child Nutrition Programs include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP) and the USDA Commodity Program. These events will enhance professional development for staff involved with these programs and ensure compliance.

Important Session Information:


This course will provide an overview of basic knowledge required for the transition to USDA’s Web Based Supply Chain Management System. Topics include an overview of USDA Entitlement, Menu Planning, and Forecasting.
