(Room Holder) CACFP Tiering , Serious Deficiency and the NDL (Zoom Only)March 28, 2024, 9:00-2:00




The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) classes will develop administrative, operational, and nutrition skills and knowledge necessary to understand and comply with the requirements of U.S. Department of Agriculture programs managed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The goal of the CACFP is to improve and maintain the health and nutritional status of children and adults, promote development of good eating habits, and integrate nutritious food service with organized child and adult day care services.

Important Session Information:


This course will provide attendees information on how tiering is determined for Adult Day Care Homes, the process of Serious Deficiency, and the National Disqualified List. March 28th, 2024 9:00am-10:30 am and 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm We will break for lunch from 10:30 am-12:30 pm
