Provides CE with the knowledge and training for food safety, special diets and ounce equivalents.
Important Session Information:
Knowledge of special diet requests and menus ensures that individuals with dietary restrictions or health concerns receive proper nutrition in care settings. This approach not only promotes inclusivity and health but also complies with federal regulations to accommodate special dietary needs. This class will be in person at Region 9 ESC and will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm.
