THIS IS A ZOOM ON FEBRUARY 8, 2023 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. Join Erika Lowery from the Institute for Curriculum Services as we explore the Middle East’s complex and diverse religious landscape and consider a variety of ways that religion and politics are intertwined in Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, and Iran. *Note: This will be a virtual session with a focus on preparing teachers to teach social studies TEKS surrounding religion and politics.
