Building Skills for Managing Emotions Playbook for Educators




This session will address mental health awareness and issues that our students are facing in the world today.  Topics will include perceptions of mental health, intervention ideas for schools, and community resources that are available.

Important Session Information:


This session is designed for any educator that wants to incorporate skills for managing emotions and behaviors into everyday practices. While not a curriculum, this playbook offers signature practices that can be incorporated into any classroom, subject, or school. We will explore the benefits of BSME and CASEL competencies and learn intentionally chosen strategies, activities, and protocols that foster interactions to model this in action and help create an equitable experience for all students.
