This session is designed to provide support to social studies educators. The session will be delivered through Zoom.

THIS IS A ZOOM ON JUNE 10, 2024 FROM 10:00 AM TO 11:30 AM. This professional development series aims to empower educators with the knowledge and skills needed to design intentional, TEKS-aligned lessons that foster critical thinking, civil discourse, media literacy, and evidence-based reasoning among students. By integrating processing standards into instructional practices, teachers will enhance their ability to create dynamic learning experiences that prepare students for success in an ever-evolving, information-rich society.
