Foundations of Transition: Assessment, Coordinated Set of Activities, and Postsecondary Goals




This session will focus on Special Education Transition.

Important Session Information:


This session will help Special Education staff to develop their understanding of Transition. We will talk about about Transition Assessment, Coordinated Set of Activities, and Writing Appropriate Measurable Postsecondary Goals. There will also be time to confidentially review IEPs and receive coaching. This is most beneficial for Secondary Special Education teachers and Diagnosticians. This is a repeat session from June 19th, 2024.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
