Important Session Information:
Board Training for All Members - presented by Dennis Eichelbuam of Eichelbaum Wardell Hansen Powell & Munoz, P.C. Zoom Only. Dennis Eichelbaum will lead this fun and comprehensive training to empower board members in strategically utilizing Districts of Innovation plans to their advantage and address continuing concerns in a creative manner. In addition, we will delve into the intricacies of the Open Meetings Act to protect you from potential violations. This session will address open forum discussions, closed sessions, and ensuring transparent governance while maintaining required confidentiality.
