Texas Instructional Leadership is a program intended to foster continuous improvement by helping campus and district administrators grow concrete instructional leadership skills in the areas of observation and feedback, data-driven instruction, lesson alignment, formative assessment, and student culture routines.

Important Session Information:

This is INVITE ONLY for Vernon Elementary. Training will take place on campus 1:00-4:00 each day. Focus is using the Know/Show process to identify critical components for intervention and enrichment.

There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
