This session provides a comprehensive roadmap for LASO grant awardees transitioning to Amplify, Eureka, and/or Carnegie. Key Content: Examine both technical and adaptive conditions relevant to your LEA's context and create a change management plan to ensure successful implementation. Effective Communication: Craft a winning communication plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and empowered. Prepare "Action Plan 1" for submission to TEA.
