TFAR TUESDAY




TEA has provided teachers access to the same testing platform used to build and assess students on STAAR and EOC.  This access allows teachers to create formative assessments in the classroom and is referred to as TFAR (Texas Formative Assessment Resource).TEA has provided teachers access to the same testing platform used to build and assess students on STAAR and EOC.  This access allows teachers to create formative assessments in the classroom and is referred to as TFAR (Texas Formative Assessment Resource) . TFAR is available now and FREE.  Students are able to practice the tools and accommodations in the daily classroom before using them on the STAAR or EOC assessments.  Teachers also have access to released STAAR items, new item types, and other TEA bank items.

TFAR Tuesday Teachers can learn how to utilize the free Texas Formative Assessment Resource to provide student accommodations and tools routinely and effectively in the classroom.
