Understanding the basic components of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) can reduce the organization’s risk of wage and hour complaints and costly penalties. This hands-on workshop will help HR and payroll staff understand the federal regulations and learn how to properly calculate nonexempt employee pay.
