CTE Adminstrator Training: Supporting CTE Teachers




These modules are geared toward  administrators who seek to learn more about planning for and implementing a comprehensive K-12 career readiness program, building teacher capacity, expanding programs that align with labor market needs, and evaluating the quality of CTE instructional materials, equipment, and facilities.

In this session, CTE administrators will explore effective strategies for recruiting, retaining, and supporting high-quality CTE teachers. Through interactive discussions on staffing strategies and the importance of cultivating commitment within CTE teams, administrators will gain practical tools to build a resilient, committed teaching workforce that enhances student success.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
