McNiel: Classroom Management & Behaviors (McNiel Only)




These sessions include strategies and systems for teachers to use in the classroom to proactively address student behavior. 

Important Session Information:


This mini professional development session is tailored to address the specific needs identified through a recent teacher survey at McNiel Middle School. Focused on classroom management and positive behavior strategies for students in grades 6-8, this session will provide practical, evidence-based approaches aligned with the unique challenges and needs expressed by educators. Participants will learn proactive techniques for setting clear expectations, fostering respectful relationships, and implementing effective interventions for challenging behaviors. Real-world scenarios and interactive discussions will equip teachers with tools to create a positive, engaged learning environment that supports both behavioral and academic success.
