This professional development is designed for educational leaders such as principals, assistant principals, and special education directors to take on the crucial responsibility of addressing challenging behavior within the school environment to support their staff. The training encompasses these key components plus more: Defining leadership roles and positive behavior support, interpreting student behavior, exploring personal and teacher biases; guiding teachers in effective strategies, collaboration with families, and trauma-informed practices.
