Universal Design for Learning Series: Course 3 Design Multiple Means of Engagement

This session is designed to dive deeply into the UDL principles, guidelines, and considerations. Through scenarios, examples, and activities, you will explore sample lesson plans and apply your understanding of how and when to utilize the UDL strategies.
Important Session Information:
Join us for an immersive in-person session of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Course 3: Design Multiple Means of Engagement, developed by the Texas Education Agency. This session is the third course of a comprehensive series of five courses, focusing on the UDL principle of Design Multiple Means of Engagement and its guidelines and considerations. Through scenarios, real-world examples, and collaborative activities, participants will examine sample lessons, gaining practical insights into the effective application of UDL strategies. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding and refine your skills in designing inclusive learning environments that welcome interests and identities, sustain effort and persistence, and emotional capacity. Required Prerequisites: TEA Learn Courses - Universal Design for Learning Overview (Course 1) and Universal Design for Learning Framework (Course 2)
