R9 Principal Network: Strengthening Instructional Leadership




Empowering Leadership for School Success
The R9 Principal Network is a professional development series designed to support principals in Region 9 as they strengthen leadership practices and drive positive school outcomes. Through a series of engaging sessions focused on core leadership areas, participants will explore strategies for building school culture, enhancing instruction, supporting staff well-being, and fostering a collaborative school environment. With a focus on reflection, networking, and goal-setting, the R9 Principal Network offers a tailored approach to leadership development that empowers principals to lead with purpose and impact.

Important Session Information:


This session bridges decades of research from The New Art and Science of Teaching with the design and implementation of the Bluebonnet curriculum. As instructional leaders, campus and district administrators will examine the high-impact strategies within NASOT that intentionally align with Bluebonnet materials to create instructional coherence across classrooms. Leaders will deepen their understanding of what effective instruction looks and sounds like so they can better support, coach, and empower teachers.This session equips leaders to guide implementation with clarity and confidence while fostering consistent, high-quality instruction across their campuses.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
