Basic Vision Certification (new or expired certification)




This will satisfy the Department of State Health Services requirement for vision screening.  This certification is valid for 5 years.

This training course is designed for individuals seeking Basic Vision Certification, which is valid for five years. It is required for those obtaining certification for the first time or for individuals whose previous certification has expired.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
