Important
Session
Information:
Classroom management is one of the most important, and most challenging, parts of teaching. When blurting, defiance, aggression, or lack of motivation interrupt learning, teachers need practical strategies that restore calm and protect instructional time.
This session equips educators and support staff with research-based tools to build clarity, consistency, and connection in every classroom. Participants will explore the brain science behind behavior, discover why procedures, relationships, and engagement consistently outperform compliance models, and learn how to apply natural, logical, and restorative consequences with fairness and compassion.
Through real-world scenarios drawn from teacher experiences, participants will practice strategies for addressing disruptive behaviors while sustaining high expectations and supporting all learners. By the end of the session, educators and support staff will leave with practical tools that bring order to chaos and create safe, student-centered classrooms.
