CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER/ROADS: NEW DATE IS MARCH 4, 2026: Instructional Materials Publisher Showcase




Publishers will give sessions on subjects up for adoption from the legislature.

Important Session Information:


Visit publishers and vendors at the IMRA Cycle 2025 instructional materials showcase and attend informative breakout sessions on January 28, 2026. This come-and-go event is from 1:00 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. The Region 9 Instructional Materials Showcase is an event for publishers to showcase their IMRA Cycle 2025-related products to school district decision-makers. It is an opportunity for district staff to make informed choices by connecting with publishers, asking questions, and learning more about available materials to meet district instructional needs. IMRA Cycle 25 includes: K-6 full subject, tier-one ELAR K-6 full subject, tier-one SLAR K-3 partial subject, tier-one English and Spanish phonics K-12 full-subject, tier-one, and supplemental mathematics. Publisher/Vendor booths will be set up in the Wichita Rooms.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
