Collecting student data doesn’t have to be stressful or time-consuming. In this full-day session,
educators will learn how to use Google Forms and QR codes to create a simple, efficient electronic
data collection system that works for any classroom, especially those serving students with diverse needs.
In the morning, we will walk through the basics of why electronic data collection helps (less paperwork,
charts/graphs, and quick access for ARDS or progress
reports).
In the afternoon, educators will get hands-on time to build their own system. With step-by-step
support, each participant will create their own custom Google Forms, connect them to QR codes, and
practice using them the same way they’ll use them in their classrooms. By the end of the day, everyone
will walk away with a working data collection setup.
