New Frontiers Professional Development Day(Vernon College-WF)




Vernon College and Region 9 ESC are collaborating to offer a full day of PD to Region 9 teachers. Teachers will learn about all that Vernon College has to offer as well as gain ideas to implement in their own classrooms!

Important Session Information:


New Frontiers at Vernon College: This event offers educators a unique opportunity to explore hands-on activities and to collaborate with peers. Attendees will discover ways to prepare students for post-secondary learning, beyond just the 4-year university path. This workshop blends interactive learning, teamwork, and networking to show educators how to create real-world connections and develop strategies so that THEIR classroom is the starting point to a long term educational plan for each student.
