Aligning T-TESS Practice with TIA Success for Teachers (9a-4p)




Participants will gain knowledge in the requirements of the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

Important Session Information:


This session is designed for teachers who want to strengthen their instructional practice while working toward earning a TIA designation. We will begin with a brief overview of TIA fundamentals before diving into the eight T-TESS dimensions within Domains 2 and 3 that directly impact designation outcomes. Participants will unpack performance expectations, identify key teacher moves that drive student growth, and gain practical strategies to elevate daily instruction. Teachers will leave with clear connections between effective classroom practices and success within a TIA system. This class will count as a 6-hour G/T update credit and is not paid for with G/T coop funds.
