AM: TIA Essentials for New District Admins (9a-12p)




Participants will gain knowledge in the requirements of the Teacher Incentive Allotment. No credit is given for this session.

Important Session Information:


This session is designed for campus and district leaders who are new to a district participating in the Teacher Incentive Allotment. Participants will receive a clear overview of how the local designation system works, including performance measures, data use, timelines, and compliance requirements. Administrators will leave with a strong understanding of their role in supporting teachers, ensuring system fidelity, and leading successful TIA implementation on their campuses.
