G/T Foundation Part 2: Identification and Assessment of G/T Students




This class will offer Gifted/Talented credit and is part of the G/T Foundation courses. This course is free to all districts in the Gifted/Talented Coop.

Important Session Information:


This session fulfills requirements for Day 2 of the 5-day foundations training for teachers of the gifted and talented: Identification and Assessment of Gifted and Talented Students. It is designed to be part of the entire 30-hour training mandated by Texas Administrative Code, and should not be used as a 6-hour GT update unless prior approval is given from the participants district. This session is free to all member districts in the Gifted/Talented Co-op. Non-member districts will need to pay a $125 registration fee.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
