Science STAAR Breakdown: 5th grade, 8th grade, and Biology




This session offers science strategies for all grade levels.

Important Session Information:


Join us for a deep dive into the 2026 Science STAAR and EOC. We will explore the elementary, middle school, and Biology STAAR. All who teach STAAR-tested TEKS are welcome, including 3rd-5th and 6th-8th grade teachers! This spring's STAAR featured a new blueprint and new standards for Approaches, Meets, and Masters. You will have a whole day to analyze your students' performance and collaborate with your peers from other districts to identify vertical and horizontal trends and outliers.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
