UDCA (Unlicensed Diabetes Care Assistant)-AM session




This training will prepare the participants to meet the requirements of HB 984 which are to develop and implement a Diabetes Plan for each student with diabetes who will seek care. The training will describe the following: * Individualized Health Plan * Unlicensed Diabetes Care Assistant * Required Care of Students with Diabetes * Independent Monitoring and Treatment
