These workshops meet requirements for School Safety/Mental Health requirements under Title IV, Part A.

This session empowers leadership teams to align their efforts through clear accountability and strategic scheduling. We will collaborate to calendar essential training windows and design a support system that ensures every educator is equipped to lead iLead lessons with confidence and consistency. You will clarify team roles, finalize your academic year calendar for iLead delivery, and lock in specific dates for support and follow-up. Leave ready to lead with a clear, actionable system for the year ahead.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
