Empowering Leadership for School Success
The R9 Principal Network is a professional development series designed to support principals in Region 9 as they strengthen leadership practices and drive positive school outcomes. Through a series of engaging sessions focused on core leadership areas, participants will explore strategies for building school culture, enhancing instruction, supporting staff well-being, and fostering a collaborative school environment. With a focus on reflection, networking, and goal-setting, the R9 Principal Network offers a tailored approach to leadership development that empowers principals to lead with purpose and impact.

Important Session Information:


This is Day 2 of a week-long academy that challenges campus leaders to build the systems necessary to drive measurable student outcomes. Facilitated by leaders from Third Future Schools, participants will explore proven strategies for strengthening instructional leadership, establishing high expectations, aligning systems, and monitoring implementation. Through collaborative learning and on-site application leaders will leave with actionable plans to ensure strong instruction, consistent systems, and improved student achievement.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
