Practical Tools for Daily Progress Monitoring (7/27/2026)
Share
Collecting student data doesn’t have to be stressful or time-consuming. In this full-day session,
educators will learn how to use Google Forms and QR codes to create a simple, efficient electronic
data collection system that works for any classroom, especially those serving students with diverse
needs.
In the morning, we will walk through the basics of why electronic data collection helps (less
paperwork, easier to stay organized, automatic charts/graphs, and quick access for ARDS or progress
reports). Educators will see real examples of Google forms, how QR codes make data entry fast, and what
a complete digital setup looks like in action.
In the afternoon, educators will get hands-on time to build their own system. With step-by-step
support, each participant will create their own custom Google Forms, connect them to QR codes, and
practice using them the same way they’ll use them in their classrooms. By the end of the day, everyone
will walk away with a working data collection setup ready to use immediately.
This session is designed for any educator who wants a quicker, easier, and more organized way to collect
and use student data.
